...fast vergessen: ich habe letztes Jahr mal eine aktuelle Übersicht aller PIZe gemacht. Vielleicht für den einen oder anderen interessant. Der meistverwendete Name ist PIZ KESCH, den gab es 4x. PIZ PALÜ, PIZ BERNINA, PIZ NAIR, PIZ ROSEG und PIZ ALBANA gab's 3x. Es gab auch noch einen weiteren PIZ LUNGHIN, aber das ist das Büroschiff der Firma.

Nur 'echte' Bragtanker trugen Namen Schweizer Berge (genauer gesagt aus dem Kanton Graubünden, hat mir mal jemand erläutert... so gut kenne ich mich in der Schweiz dann doch nicht aus). Ab 2005 trugen Schiffe die nicht unter der Schweizer Flagge fuhren auch Namen von Bergen außerhalb von Graubünden, etwas Annapurna (Himalaya), Lohtse (Himalaya), Aubrig und Pilatus (zwar auch Schweiz, aber Schwyz, bzw. Luzern!), Daniel Jr. (Seattle, USA), Harvard (Colorado, USA), Mandala (Indonesien), Orizaba (Mexiko), Stanley (Kongo/Uganda), Shkhara (Georgien), Trikora (Neuguinea). Später ging's dann total durcheinander - ich habe den Überblick verloren. K2 (Himalaya), Logan (Kanada), Pinto (Nevada, USA), Provo (Utah, USA), Everest (Himalaya), Kékes (Ungarn!), Sidley (Antarktis!!), lediglich was PIZ PERFORMANCE bedeuten soll habe ich bis heute nicht raus gekriegt!

Wir sind gut bestückt - wenn meine Zählung stimmt fehlen uns nur 4 Schiffe: PIZ CORVATSCH (der Erste), PIZ NAIR (der Erste), PIZ ALBANA (der Erste), PIZ HARVARD (der Zweite). Vielleicht kriegen wir die irgendwann auch noch mal.
